Light and spacious chalet bungalow with large ground floor single room and shower room. Situated in a quiet residential area, there is ample parking on the road outside. About 30 minutes away from Southampton, 10 minutes from the New Forest, Beaulieu, Hythe and the beaches at Calshot or Lepe are all just 4 miles away. The space In view of Covid-19 I have now adopted the Airbnb enhanced cleaning programme. Hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes and a small disinfectant spray will also be provided in the room. In order to comply with social distancing rules, it will now be possible to self check in with a key safe provided outside the front door. Guest access Aside from the bedroom and bathroom..I don't mind guests using the kitchen to heat up a meal or make a drink. There is also a (shared with me) patio area outside available..and a bench for guest use in the secluded front garden. During your stay I'm happy to chat with guests or give them space, whichever they prefer. I am available to answer questions via text, phone or email Other things to note I don't accept children or pets as the property is not suitable. I also no longer accept bookings where a guest wishes to stay during the day rather than at night. Due to a change in work patterns this is no longer convenient for me.
