It is a new building located right next to the forest and mountain stream, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, tourists and hotels. A location that guarantees peace and quiet. It is an ideal place for people looking for a secluded place, who value the proximity of nature. The cottage is ideal for sweet lazing and as a base for the mountains or other tourist attractions. The space The house is new, it was built in 2018. Its area is 70 sq m, while the area of the terrace is 80 sq m. The house is designed for a maximum of 6 people. It has two comfortable rooms upstairs for five people and a living room with a comfortable corner sofa bed for 1 person. ROOM LAYOUT: •Ground floor: a well-equipped kitchenette, a large table with chairs where all guests can eat, a comfortable corner sofa, a TV, a goat stove and a bathroom with a shower and sauna, •Terrace: an 80-meter terrace where you can sunbathe or eat a meal together, during which you can admire the view of the forest and pond •Upstairs: There are two comfortable rooms for 5 people. The first room is equipped with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), while the second room has two single beds - 90 cm x 200 cm and a double bed 140 cm x 200 cm. A baby cot with a baby chair and a footrest are available on request. There are safe parking spaces, a garden of about 1 ha, a stream and a place for a bonfire. Unfortunately, you cannot come to the cottage with your pets. We provide free internet.
