The home is close to nature, public transport and Aarhus. From the location of the house on the beach side, there are 200 m to the beach, 100 m to the forest and heath, 100 m to the city bus and 800 m to the marina. It is 12 km to Aarhus city center. We love the location, the outdoor area, and the views from the beach. Our home is good for couples, families (with children) and large groups. We have a fireplace and two extra outdoor sleeping places under a half-roof. We have a sea trampoline and a beautiful pond. The space The residence consists of a house and two annexes in the garden, each with a double bed and a small office workspace. In the house there is a large living room and kitchen in one, a toilet with a bath and two rooms, one of which is divided into two with a closet wall (i.e. without a door in between). Each of these has a single bed while the last room has a small double bed where two children can sleep. In addition to electric heating (heat pumps with air conditioning and electric radiators), there is a wood-burning stove in the living room. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and garden, except for a locked workshop. In the garden, there's a buried trampoline. We also have a small skate ramp (quarter) that can be placed by the terrace. If you want more skating, we can advise on good spots nearby. In the garden there is a fireplace and terrace with a half roof and an outdoor double bed.
