The space Ya-Aluga House, is in Kanifing Housing Estate turn off the main Banjul Serekunda dual carriage into Jimpex Road. It is 13.7km from Banjul Internal Airport, Yundum. 14km from Banjul Ferries, 6.5km from Ocean Bay Hotel, 5.2km from Fajara Beach Hotel, 7.8km from Senegambia Beach Hotel, 8.7km from Coco Ocean Hotel, and 11km from Brusubi. Ya-Aluga House is in an area close to a main shopping area, Banks, Serekunda Hospital, Police station, Pharmacies, Post office, Restaurants, and beaches. Small local grocery shops equipped with essentials and water are adjacent to the lodging. A local market, Church, and Mosque are walking distance away. The house comes equipped with mops, dust pans, vacuum cleaner, iron, and a very handy washing machine. kitchen and bathroom towels are provided and are regularly exchanged. There are two (2) bathrooms within the house. The clothing line for drying laundry is located on the side of the house. Cleaning products are provided for the tenant's use. The property has a medium size garage to enable one small size cark to park inside the property a time. We offer long time stay with 10% discount, and we encourage guest to take few minutes of their time to give us feedback.
