We would PLEASE ask you to find another place in which you’d be more comfortable. Most of our guests don’t mind the noise (as you can see by the reviews)… but some people ARE sensitive (like myself ).. so we feel for that- Our location is smack dab in the middle of town- so while it IS ideal for some- it is NOT ideal for those who are sensitive to noise. You will have your own private and secure parking, a woodsy garden with a hot tub, patio with outdoor kitchen and gas firepit, entrance, and the beautiful suite itself. Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, passing through or staying a while, taking in the sights or jumping the bridge (this space has entertained a decade of parachute packing)...The Artdoorsy UnCommons is in the middle of it all and will be a great addition to your moment in time. Even if you live right here in this area, just come for a romantic getaway, or a well needed staycation...we got you. We do not allow the property to be used for commercial gain....We apologize to all you creative souls out there, but if you are interested in booking the property with the intentions of photo shoots, video filming, or other similar profit making endeavors, please understand that we do not allow that. Due to severe allergies and shared ductwork to other living quarters in the home-ESA or emotional support animals cannot be accommodated. No parties allowed. Guest access We set this up so you would have your very own everything when you’re here. Once you enter through the drive gate, (which is in the back of the property) everything you can access is right there just for you. The parking, garden, patio, hot tub, gas fire pit, bbq grill, and studio are all yours. Other things to note We are in the very middle of Twin Falls. Some sounds from the main strip at times may be music to your ears OR disturbing (if one is sensitive to sound). If you have scent sensitivities, let us know in advance, we use Palo Santo (Holy Wood) to clear the space and Thieves essential oil to clean everything.... but we can do less if you request... We LOVE animals, BUT here, we offer a PET FREE place. This means ALL of our guests (with or without allergies) can enjoy breathing here…our guests have really appreciated this and come to expect THIS when they stay here. Of course We understand and honor ALL … but due to severe allergies and shared ductwork to other living quarters within the home, ESA or emotional support animals cannot be accommodated.
