Your 19th floor Oasis in downtown ATL! This unit is well-designed and completely remodeled! Come stay in downtown Atlanta with quaint, cozy, and awesome views. Please note, for check in, ALL guests must show CURRENT and VALID ID to the concierge. You will be turned away for an expired ID. The space Let your hair down and relax on the patio with a glass of wine, or cozy up on the couch and watch a movie on the 50” smart TV. Rinse your day away with fresh eucalyptus in the walk-in shower and finish your night off in the King size bed and continue watching cable TV there while your company pulls out the sleeper sofa and gets comfortable in the living room. Paid laundry and snack vending machines are in the finished lower level of the building. Please feel free to ask about things you may not see in the pictures. There is NO DINING/COFFEE TABLE as this is not a family style home. The bar area, side tables, and TV trays within the home can be utilized for meals. Please keep in mind that this is the downtown area and some slight city noise is to be expected such as sirens from time to time as there are 2 nearby hospitals. Guest access There is a PRINT/FAX shop on the first floor of the building near the lobby. In addition to printing things for you, they can also HOLD LUGGAGE for $7/item. Walkable conveniences nearby are Starbucks, USPS, CVS, Wells Fargo and Chase banks, FedEx, Fulton County Library, and a plethora of eateries in the area. Publix and Kroger are a 10 minute drive when traffic is not an issue. When you’re ready to return to your city, the airport is just a 15 minute trip away. PLEASE NOTE: there is no free parking available in the downtown area, paid public parking is available directly behind the building (price avg $30 per night for the open lot and $45 avg for the secure garage with a 24/7 attendant). THEY WILL BOOT U for nonpayment or time expiration as they frequent the lot often. DO NOT leave valuables visible in your car as many people pass through this lot. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Absolutely NO SMOKING on the inside of the home. Please keep the balcony door closed while outside to preserve the freshness of the unit. ANY guest that stops by and comes upstairs MUST check-in with the concierge. No questions. Please consolidate the trash upon checkout. Do NOT re-make the bed if the bed has been used. CLEANING SUPPLIES are under the sink for spills or furniture oopsies. The only ESA allowed is mine because I am the owner. Please be mindful of future guests by not removing any items from the home. Full cost of items missing will be incurred upon discovery of its absence and reported to Airbnb if not rectified upon guest inquiry.
