The space Set in the quiet hills of Siesta, our villa is located only short 5 minutes drive or beautiful 15 minutes walk away from Santa Eulalia beach and all the town's attractions. Our 270 sqm multi-storey villa offers the perfect setup for small groups or families, with enough space for entertaining or indulging in some peace in one of many relaxation areas. Set over five floors, it features three private bedrooms, with two additional spaces that can be set up for sleeping. With multiple seating areas inside, as well as by the pool and on the roof terrace, we welcome you to enjoy a true indoor-outdoor living setup. Living spaces The lower part of the villa is occupied by a spacious, light-flooded open dining and living area. It is equipped with a large smart TV, free W-Lan, air conditioning, a heated floor, and a cosy fireplace. Kitchen An open-plan kitchen with a small bar area offers a lovely space to interact and entertain. Equipped with all kitchen essentials it allows you to cook up a storm on the days when you choose to stop in :) - ceramic glass stove - integrated oven - microwave - coffee maker - washing machine - tumble dryer Bedroom Lower ground bedroom - King size bed with en-suite bathroom.
