Villa Aquarius is a luxurious and elegant villa, built in 2020. Villa Aquarius is the ideal place to relax with your family or with your friends. It is fully furnished and offers its guests a very high level of comfort. We are sure that the sojourn in our villa will give you a quality holiday and moments of relax you'll be looking forward the whole year. The space The ground floor consists of a very modern kitchen equipped with all the gadgets you may need during your stay; a large living room with lounge and dining room, with a dining table suitable to satisfy 14 people; a bedroom with private bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a separate room with washing machine and dryer. On the second floor there are 2 other modern bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and a breathtaking view, the bay and the port of Pula. In a large and tidy garden there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, garden furniture, table and chairs for dining, a heated outdoor pool of 52m2, which in the shallower part has a hydromassage area. There is also an outdoor shower and deck chairs to enjoy the sun. Inside the structure there are 4 free parking spaces. Guest access The tourist tax is included in the price. Pool heating is available on request, at a price of € 300 per week. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but only on the terrace next to the pool. All double beds are extra large, size 200x210cm, while 2 single beds are 100x210cm. Linen (sheets, bath and pool towels) is included in the price and is changed once a week. Cots for babies and children as well as child seats are available on request. In the villa it is not allowed to have wild parties; and groups of young people will not be accepted. Upon arrival, you will give a security deposit of € 500. Other things to note I'm a fishing lower and I have a private boat, so i can organize for you a boat trip, where you can explore one part of national park Brijuni islands, which is protected by UNESCO world heritage.
