Sandy Lane Cottage 'The Annexe'

A peaceful 1 double bedroom en suite annexe (attached to house but seperated by a locked door) within the South Downs National ParK. A short drive takes you to Goodwood, Arundel, miles of South Downs Way walking and various beaches. We offer a self catering kitchenette with light airy living space. Great for walkers, weddings, bikers and for the various Goodwood events (private drive with or garage parking). Very child friendly. Also Qual Sports/remedial massage therapist on site book with Fi. The space Our family home was built c1500 and we've been here for 7 years and love it. The Annexe was converted in 2016 and is a peaceful comfortable place to stay with good facilities. Please note this accommodation is attached to the main house but there is a locked door between the main house and the annexe. Guest access The Annexe only and the garden. Please note we are not a B&B therefore do not cook or prepare food. Tea, coffee, milk and bottled water are included in the rate. There is a microwave combo (micro/grill/oven). PLEASE NOTE This is a lovely rural location. Local Pub is a 20 min walk and there are no shops to walk to so if you want lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants this may not be ideal. Which is why we moved here...its bliss!
