Georgian grade 2 listed stone built cottage in the historic centre of Pulborough overlooking the medieval church. It retains its old character but has modern amenities and comfort with plenty of space. The large conservatory overlooks the pretty cottage garden fully stocked with plants with a secluded sitting area. The house is quiet despite being close to the A29 road and is 5 minutes walk from the station and Tesco and footpaths easily accessible. Beaches and Goodwood are within 20 minutes. The space We have decorated the house as if it were our own home to make it welcoming and non-corporate. It is cosy in winter and cool in summer with furnishings in keeping with the period of the cottage. Some of the doorways upstairs are a bit low. Soft furnishings are to a high standard and in neutral colours. Guest access The whole cottage and garden are for the guests sole use Other things to note Parking is on the road just outside the cottage. The parish church is right opposite the cottage . Petworth , Parham and other National Trust properties and gardens are in close by and Fisher Farm is ideal for children at Wisborough Green. There is also a children's playground within easy walking.
