Two bedrooms are located on the main floor with a large loft bedroom upstairs with lake view. Kitchen and dining area walks out to a spacious furnished deck overlooking the water. Grab a coffee and sit by the waterside fire pit area by day and bonfire by night. Catch a wine tour or bring your boat and access one of the many boat launches nearby. We are located within a 2 minute drive from Loyalist Cove Marina. Bring your bikes and bike along Bath Rd. or take a short ferry ride to Amherst island and rent bikes there. Relax on the deck, kayak, paddleboard, swim or just simply take in the view. Direct waterfront access for swimming or use our kayak, paddleboard and canoe. Be in Kingston in 20 min to enjoy great dining and shopping or plan a day trip to the many great surrounding areas including all that Prince Edward County has to offer!
