Outside of the main entrance of the house there is a big balcony fully equipped with spacious sitting area for 8 people. Next to the balcony there is a 40sqm swimming pool and an open dining area with BBQ, stone table over a patio with excellent view to nearby green valley and Andros Island. You can park in any space available in the plot. Guest access Kea -Tzia is the nearest to the mainland Cycladic island, only 1 hour by ferry from Lavrion port to Kea port. Lavrion port is 35 kms distance from Athens Intl Airport. The area where the house is situated is not serviced by any means of public transportation.
