Apartment for 2/4 people on the ground floor in a very quiet area, which consists of a large room, with fully equipped modern kitchen, a living/dining area, a bedroom for 2 people, a modern bathroom and a toilet. You have a space to eat your meals outside and you can enjoy the pool (from May to October). You are close to the village, and Trets is conveniently located for visiting the entire area. The space Some details: - The accommodation is separate from the owners' house, and access is from the outside (you have room to park), - The property is fully fenced, in a very quiet location and not overlooked, - The bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed with bedside tables, a side table and a very large closet. The window overlooks the garden, - The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person, - The kitchen is fully equipped, - The bathroom has a cabinet with drawers (with a large heated mirror above) a large storage console, and a walk-in shower, - For small children, we can provide childcare equipment (ask us), - You can eat your meals outside in the sun or under the pergola. You have a gas barbecue, and deckchairs, - You have access to our pool area. Guest access You are independent. You have special access to the pool. You have a parking space. Other things to note - As a general rule, check-in is (after 5 p.m.) and check-out is (before 10 a.m.) - Linens are provided.
