New Buffalo Fun Retreat

You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. Just 0.8 miles to great private beach (2 free beach parking passes incl.) in a beautiful wooded community (deer) with a playground/pickleball/tennis/basketball/bocce courts just a couple blocks away. 5 min drive to downtown New Buffalo and public beach with great restaurants, bars and shopping. 10 min to casinos/fashion outlets, perfect location to begin the Makers trail (wine/breweries) or enjoy fruit picking/hiking. The space 4 bedrooms all on the first floor (living room is one step down). Master bedroom is two queen beds with a full bathroom. There is 1 queen bedroom and 1 king bedroom and 1 bedroom off the kitchen that has 2 full beds. The loft has a shuffleboard table and a small tv and couch (twin bed removed due to Village of Michiana regulations). Sunroom has a cornhole table (please put back after use) and 4 beach chairs (please return). Hot tub available for use year-around. Cleaned weekly (wooded area so some debris and sand might be present). Also 3 burner Weber grill is off the kitchen bedroom. Fire pit area also available (need to supply your own wood but all local grocery/hardware stores carry). 3 blocks away at the Village of Michiana office are pickleball/tennis/basketball/bocce ball courts. Playground with mini zip line. Village of Michiana private beach is located to the right of Stop 41 (put in maps app) where road dead ends and parking is available to the left of Stop 41 (please make sure to park between appropriate signs - we supply 2 beach parking passes that are above the entry way table; make sure to return as it is $100 per tag to replace).
