Horseshoe Cottage is non-smoking and a charming, spacious cottage in rural Nordham, on the edge of Wolds countyside. Walking, cycling, wildlife, sight seeing: loads to do! M62 two mins. Perfectly situated for a varied holiday/20 mins from Hull. Working or playing, it's brilliantly located. 2 king bedrooms, 2 twins (large & small), 3 bathrooms with showers over, spacious kitchen/diner, 2 sitting rooms, utility, dog suite. ONE well behaved dog is welcome. Sunny courtyard garden with table for 8. The space Horseshoe Cottage on the countryside edge of Nordham, North Cave is a, spacious cottage for 8 people. Our building team opened up the cottage in 2024, providing a new kitchen/diner and more spacious sitting room. There’s TVs in both sitting rooms, kitchen/dining area, plus the 2 king bedrooms. There’s 4 bedrooms: 2 kings, large twin and small twin. Three bathrooms with shower over bath, 2 upstairs, one downstairs. One king, 2 twins and bathroom is upstairs from the larger sitting room and 1 king and bathroom are up from the utility room, where there’s washing machine and drying racks. Horseshoe is really well located to make the most of Yorkshire’s, Wolds countyside, with easy to access via M62. Horseshoe is 20 minutes to Beverley & Hull, York & coast within 45 minutes. Private off-road parking for 2 family cars (not commercial van size) and there’s free parking on the street. Charming south and west facing outdoor courtyard garden with bench and table and chairs for 8.Hot tub & sun beds in summer months. Beautiful parkland walks/runs within 2 minutes of the door. Guest access The whole cottage is available to use along with the cottage sunny courtyard garden. Shed available for cycles. Private off-road parking for 2 family sized car (not commercial van size) and on street free parking for other vehicles. Other things to note This cottage is perfect for holidays, family gatherings or as a work base. *Although we’re happy to take one well behaved small dog, I’m afraid we do not accept cats as we are allergic to cats ourselves.
