The house is in the centre of the popular sailing village Hamble, close to the marinas, pubs and restaurants. Off road parking between check in and check out hours . Bedroom 1 - superking bed or twin beds with ensuite shower over bath , TV. and wifi. £85 room only. The village cafes offer a good choice of breakfast at reasonable prices. The kitchen diner is available to self cater. There is another double ensuite room on a separate listing - ‘Hamble village house Room 2' £80 Room only. The space The house is in a quiet road, a few minutes walk from the river and the marinas where there are eateries, 3 yacht clubs, 2 restaurants, 4 pubs and 3 cafes , where breakfast is available. All of these places are excellent. It is advisable to book for evening meals in the pubs and restaurants especially in the summer. Guest access The kitchen with dining table is available for breakfast. During your stay I am usually here to meet guests on arrival to hand over the key, or arrangements will be made beforehand for key collection. There is also a key safe by the front door.
