Kimberlina Carriage Ravenscar

The Kimberlina is a cosy, custom built, carriage located in Ravenscar, a beautiful coastal village situated on the Jurassic Coast National Park. The carriage is nestled in a field to the back of a working farm, surrounded by fantastic views and natural beauty, it is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing evening following a days walk along the Cleveland Way. Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area. The space The carriage has a full size King bed with additional sleeping available on the day bed in the living area suitable for 1-2 children (or one additional adult). Bedding is only provided for the King size bed so if you are bringing a child you will need bedding for the day bed. The carriage is well equipped and offers the perfect blend of luxury features whilst still being in rural surroundings. It features a roll top bath, relaxing DVD area and fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances means the carriage can cater for any eventuality you may need whilst on your stay. The Location Ravenscar is one of the most intriguing places on the Yorkshire coast with its dramatic clifftop views and rocky beach coves it is the perfect place for hikers and fossil hunters to explore. Located in between Scarborough and Whitby, Ravenscar is the perfect base location for exploring the local area. Guest access The carriage is nestled to the back of a working farm, situated in the corner of a field in it’s own little plot. During the drier months you can park directly in front of the carriage on the grass, there is space between the carriage and a rustic trailer specially for this. There are sometimes other campers on the field during the warmer months. During wetter weather you can park on the hardcore near the wall in the field, making access easily accessible. Wellies would be advisable at this time of year! Other things to note • The nearest supermarket is Proudfoots where you can buy food. There is also a fuel station located just up the road from the Proudfoots.
