Designers' spacious & inviting country house on two levels, with breathtaking views to sea (only 4 km's away from the closest isolated beach) & mountains, opening out on to a lovely, private garden, with mature shade trees; 5 minutes walk to the local village square, bars, shops & restaurants. Even on the hottest of days the house remains cool when closed up from the intense midday sun. The space My home is a private hide-a-way, & yet just a few minutes walk from the centre of this tiny village. A place to dream, contemplate, enjoy the beauty of the carefully considered interior & the breathtaking views of the mountains & sea offered just outside the door. Nature in all its glory. So peaceful that all you will hear at night are the church bells & the wind whispering amongst the trees, & during the day the bells of the local farm animals. Even on the hottest of days, due to the positioning of the house with gentle cross breezes & ceiling fans, it is kept pleasantly cool. Please note the pull down flyscreens needs care when being used, we will show you how! If they are broken during your stay an additional charge of 50e per window will be made. Guest access Our guests have full access to all spaces . Other things to note There is a lovely open fire in the sitting room that must be attended at all times .The fire must not be lit during the summer months, ie . from May till the end of October.
