Welcome to our vacation home Other things to note "Boddenblick". Between Bodden and sea in the old fishing village of Breege stands our exclusive holiday home in Scandinavian architecture, built in June 2013. Additional Fees & Fees Notes: The rental prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays an extra charge per night. €150 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent (over New Year's Eve €200.00). The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating is included. Tourist tax is paid on site. Bed and bath linen is included for the number of people traveling with you. (Bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 towel, 1 guest towel, 1 kitchen towel, 1 shower mat). Additional needs can be ordered for a fee via the property administration. A dog can be booked at an extra cost. If a health certificate or the like is required after the booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and at the request of the authorities. A private parking is free of charge to the cottage. We support climate protection and provide you with an electric bicaround station free of charge, a fast charging station for electric car (type 2) is also available (cost 80 Ct/kWh). The high-quality equipped holiday home "Boddenblick" has about 77 m² of living space, with a spacious terrace. There is enough space for the whole family (4 adults and two children up to 14 years) to start the day with a nice breakfast and end the evening with a glass of red wine while enjoying the sunset. You can indulge in three restaurants (steakhouse, fish restaurant, pizzeria), a beer pub and a tapas bar 350 meters away. On cooler days, enjoy the cozy warmth of the fireplace or relax with a nice bath. The amber park Breege, where the holiday home "Boddenblick" is located, is a picturesque park and, as it were, nestled in a large, natural pine forest, which belongs to the collection of protected forest belt in Europe. In about 3 - 4 minutes you can walk to the Baltic Sea - the longest and probably most beautiful sandy beach in Rügen with about 8 km. The holiday home "Boddenblick" is divided into an earth and attic floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower and infrared sauna as well as an open kitchen including all appliances. The wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth in winter. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows on the ground floor as well as in the attic open the area to the garden-like complex and flood the entire rooms with light. You can reach the bedrooms and the second bathroom via a shapely wooden staircase. Enjoy the first minutes in the morning or the end of the evening in the bathroom with a view "into the countryside".
