Exclusive villa above Taormina with pool and views of Etna and the sea

* In 2022/2023 the villa was tastefully renovated and furnished to a high standard * The terraced Villa Bougainvillea is located in a spacious, exclusive ground on a steep south-facing slope. Inside the fenced 3000 sqm property there is parking space for two cars. Outside, on the street, is enough space for further cars. The Villa comprises three levels: the main house and two apartment levels. You have the possibility to rent the Villa for 4, 6 or 8 people (9 upon request). Even renting the Villa for fewer people, you rent the Villa exclusively. The perfect privacy is guaranted. In the main house there are two bedrooms with king-size beds, individual bathrooms, a spacious living room, a guest toilet, a fully equipped new kitchen, the dining room, a shady patio and the panoramic terrace. A new staircase into the garden was built 2023. From the panoramic terrace you can enjoy a stunning view of the Mediterranean sea, the bay of Naxos and Mt. Etna. The evening offers a fascinating panorama of lights. On the middle-level and pool-level are two beautiful apartments with 2 double beds, individual bathrooms and small living rooms. Access to the apartments is either by the central or by the side open stairs. Baby travel beds and baby equipment can be set up on request. We want you to travel lightly! All rooms have air conditioning. We use bed linen and towels made from 100% organic cotton. The pool (~11.5 x 4,5 m) is located on the lowest level and is well protected from prying eyes due to its location. A car is recommanded but not a necessity, public transportation is available in close proximity and you can walk down the breathtaking Madonna della Rocca path to Taormina and get back up by bus or Taxi (15-20 Euro one way for a Taxi). The exceptional architectural concept of the Villa is designed for 6 to 8 people, offers lots of possibilities for privacy or to enjoy time in company.
