The living area spans 264m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned. A closed garage for multiple cars as well as outdoor parking spaces are reserved for guests on the property. On the ground floor of the house, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, two bathrooms with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Additionally, there are two bedrooms each with a double bed, and access to the terrace. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a single bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and the large terrace with stunning sea views. In the basement, there is a fitness room with a treadmill, various exercise equipment, and toys for children. The Konoba in the basement includes a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 20 people, and a fireplace that doubles as a grill. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as pool towels, are provided. Villa Marina is situated on a 3000m² plot of land, approximately 1.4km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is vast and beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, grapevines, olive trees, and palms, surrounded by cascading walls, offering privacy. Pets are welcome.
