Surfside is a delightful coastal cottage with spectacular views. Central position within Port Erin gives immediate access to amenities, restaurants and bars. The conservatory and enclosed garden provides seclusion. Ideal location for walking and enjoying the scenery. We are open all year with convenient parking, central heating and a log burning fire. The property comes prepared with all you need for the log burner to ensure a comfortable stay. The space Lounge/Dining area: Leather sofa, chairs, TV, coffee table, dining room table and 4 chairs and sea views. Kitchen: Electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Study: Desk, cupboard, local guides and games! Conservatory: Spacious and complete with both comfortable chairs, also dining chairs and tables. Bathroom: Bath, with separate shower, WC, wash hand basin and vanity unit Bedroom 1: King size bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, with drawers. Bedroom 2: Small double bed (4ft) bed, 2 bedside cabinets, under bed storage. Utility room: Complete with washer/ dryer, iron and ironing board Parking: Ample on street parking close by and electric car charge points available nearby. Shop: 0.1 ml Pub: 0.1 ml Accessibility: This property is spread over two floors. Stairs to the lower floor are quite steep and therefore would not be suitable for someone with very limited mobility. Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying. Other things to note Linen & towels are provided, washing & ironing facilities are available as is use of the small garden. Range of DVDs, books, games and deck chairs are available for guests use.
