White House cottages comprises 3 luxury barn conversions - The Hen House, The Stables and The Loft, All have been sympathetically modernised to reflect their history but with all the modern facilities including fully fitted kitchen, central heating , washer dryer and dishwasher. They are located in tranquill Brandon Village with its village green and traditional pub, but are only a short drive away from Durham City and form a perfect base to explore Durham City . The space The Stables is a 2 bedroom barn conversion. There is 1 step up on the ground floor which encompasses a downstairs toilet and shower room in the entrance area, with coat storage. Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools plus seperate tablea nd chairs and there is a longe area with a flat screen TV. From the lounge patio doors lead out onto an outside area with views over Durham city . Upstairs is a master bedroom containing a king sized bed and patio doors onto a Juliette balcony with views over Durham City. There is a single bedroom and also a fully tiled bathroom. Other things to note the cottage is no smoking. It is suitable for pets, but there is a £20 charge per stay for pets .
