Beautiful gardens, open lawn to play in, beautiful patio space for BBQs and hanging around the firepit, and hot tub! Walking distance from shops, restaurants, and a stones throw to Shelburne Farms, beaches, Burlington, hiking and skiing. The space This is our primary home, we rent it when we are traveling or adventuring locally. This is a great location for families or people looking for a quiet retreat. This is not a good location for loud celebratory events or raucous late-night parties. You have access to the entire house, porches/patio, yard and gardens. The sunny first floor plan includes large open spaces for living, a fireplace, half bath, custom cherry kitchen stocked with everything you need to enjoy home cooking away from home and a large dining room table for family meals. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath, skylights brighten rooms and the bathroom offers bath/shower optionality. Home is appointed with top end appliances, furniture and comforts. We have dozens of board games and lawn games for your use. We use all-natural cleaning products, soaps, and detergents, the beds, and couches are made of organic and non-toxic materials. Other things to note Note: We have a second dwelling on the property that we also rent on Airbnb. If it is booked while you are staying here there will be other guests accessing the backyard. Each space has its own entrance, the driveway parking is shared with two car spaces for each rental. Additionally, there is a trampoline that is off-limits to guests.
