GROUND FLOOR The ground floor features a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, WC and a big leafy yard with an extra dining table. 1st FLOOR The first floor features a king size bedroom with en suite bathroom and a balcony, a double bedroom and a room with 2 single beds as well as a shared bathroom with shower. 2nd FLOOR The second floor features a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. This floor also has a superb roof garden with sunbeds and a pergola shaded sitting area offering great views of Athens and mesmerizing sunsets. Guest access Access to the whole property. Other things to note **The house is allotted solely for stays.
