For children, there’s a small petting farm with geese, goats, sheep, rabbits, and alpacas. A sandbox with toys is available for the little ones. There’s also a barbecue area. The natural surroundings of Friedrichsbrunn are perfect for hiking, biking, skiing, and running. Mountain bikers will also find plenty to enjoy in the Harz Mountains. Friedrichsbrunn is centrally located, so the historic towns of Quedlinburg, Wernigerode, and Stolberg are just a few minutes’ drive away. The Brocken and the Southern Harz are also easily accessible.
