It is a three-minute walk to UFRGS, Santa Casa, hospitals, Parque da Redenção, Cidade Baixa, supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, antique shops, squares. Close to cinemas, theaters, museums, bookstores, shopping, City Hall, Public Market. There are buses to all neighborhoods. Close to the Gasometer Plant, with a bike path, Uber and others. The space Bed and bath linens included (weekly change). Single room, with ample space and a balcony. Bring personal hygiene products: toothbrush, shampoo, deodorant, soap, creams, etc. The bedroom door is not locked, only closed. The bed measures 1.88 meters long and 90 centimeters wide. Exclusive balcony in the room. The bathroom is shared. The building has no elevator. The guest will have to climb three flights of stairs. Fan in the room for guest convenience.
