House by the water

New, modern 36 sqm minimalist townhouse with all amenities. The plot is located on the banks of the Janisjoki River, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A pleasant atmosphere, clean air and silence will leave an unforgettable impression of your stay. Our house is suitable for small groups, couples with children and travelers. We can accommodate 8-12 people when booking the entire townhouse. Guest access The townhouse consists of three parts, separated by a wall, each of which is a full house. Guests have one bedroom with two single beds, if desired, they can be combined into a double bed. Also a spacious kitchen-studio. In the living room, the corner sofa bed can be unfolded. The house has a shower, hot and cold water, a warm floor. Each house has its own gazebo, barbecue area and everything for cooking barbecue (skewers, firewood). There is a utility room where guests can use a washing machine, iron and ironing board for free. There is a trampoline and a sandbox for children. There is a descent to the river, there is a ladder on the pier for easy ascent from the water. The river has a small current. Additional services: 1. For those who like to steam, there is a spacious wood-fired bath 1500₽/hour (the price includes towels, shower gel and a broom upon request) preparation time is 3 hours, so book in advance 2. Rent a rowing boat on the Janisjoki River 500₽/hour (we provide life jackets) 3. A boat trip along the Ladozhskiye skhery 3000₽/hour Other things to note There is a filter in the boiler room that cleans the water from hydrogen sulfide. In summer, the heating does not work!
