You’ll love my place because of the people-all are very freindly and hospitality ,the outdoors space-you have 40000 m2 on your disposal, the house is equipped with high quality light indoor and outside. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) The space Our family lives 15 minutes from Villa Mare&Monti. We welcome our guests with a welcome plate (home made :cheese,hum,prosciutto,..all what is fresh and seasonal) and bottle of wine and some other drinks. In the house you have at dispoal 230m2 . On the ground floor there is 1 sleeping room, 2 bathrooms, Open space living room connected with the dining room and the full equipped kitchen. From the dining room there is the exit to the terrace . On the 1st floor there are 2 sleeping rooms,1 bathroom. One room has its private balcony with the view on the Mount Ucka. In all rooms there is a TV SAT .In total there are 4 TV SAT. All rooms are air conditioned. The Pool area and the garden are spacious. Garden and terrace furniture is high quality. There is a big swing and a trampoline. We have a ''wild corner'' with the hammock and wooden blocks .Nights are special, sky under the Mount Ucka is very clean and you can enjoy in looking infinite stars ...you are welcome! Guest access Villa and the pool and all the property (in total 40000m2) are private , for guests that rent it, only. for 1 booking. All what you see, and even more that you cannot see from the pictures-is for you. Pool is open, in use: 15.04.-15.10. Other things to note We built this house in 2016 , with a lot of love and passion,when decorated we took care about details. Our small village is very charming (typical Istrian village) , absolute quiet (in the mornings you could be only interrupted by singing birds). If you look around -you can have a relaxing view on the surrounding hills. the peacefulness of small village life combined with outstanding natural surrounds will leave you breathtaking.
