It includes 3 bedrooms plus 2 extra beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, laundry room, open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, and two covered terraces (south & northwest). A wood-burning fireplace heats the entire house, complemented by air conditioning for year-round stays. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire property—villa, private pool, terraces, and garden. Outdoor amenities include a wood/charcoal barbecue, sun loungers, children’s wooden playhouse, trampoline, swing-slide, table tennis, badminton, bicycles, and a “wild corner” with hammock. The property is rented to only one group at a time, ensuring complete privacy. Other things to note Built in 2016 with love and attention to detail, the villa is set in a quiet village at the entrance to Učka Nature Park—perfect for hiking, cycling, and nature lovers.
