Magical sea views from living room/outdoor area. Access to the association's heated pool/outdoor shower (June-August) and a parking space included with the possibility of electric car charging. It is close to grocery store, bakery, bike rental, activity selection, wonderful walking paths and bus stop. 3 km from Borgholm. Bedsheets and shower towels are included. The space The apartment is located only 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Köpingsvik, and has a fantastic sea view from the living room and patio. The accommodation includes its own parking space and there is a heated pool (open from June to early September) with outdoor shower shared with other residents of the property. There is also an option to borrow an electric car charging station for an extra fee. It is close to public transport towards Borgholm and Kalmar, and also to a very well-stocked grocery store and pastry shop. Fantastic walking paths along the beach, south towards Borgholm and north towards Lundegård, beautiful all year round. The property is fenced, and the only direct passers-by outside the glass are those staying in one of the other four apartments on the ground floor, when they go to the pool. There is an outdoor vertical awning that protects completely from transparency, you look out through the awning but not in. In addition, there are slatted curtains against the other glass sections indoors, and these can be angled at 360 degrees. The pool The pool with outdoor shower is open from June to early September. It holds about 24-26 degrees. When booking, pool rules are obtained in the House Manual. Bedroom 1 There is a double bed (160 cm) with large pillows, four closets for clothes, two bedside tables with reading lamps, two tambourines, handbag, portable fans, blackout shades against the patio and TV of 43 inches (Chromecast) in front of the bed. Direct access to the patio. Sheets included. Bedroom 2 In the second bedroom there is a double bed (160 cm wide), desk by the window and two wardrobes for clothes. The bed can also be easily disposed as 80 cm wide, if you want more space during the day to work at the desk or use the bed as a TV sofa. Pillows and duvets can be stored in the two drawers underneath. In the room there is a small table, TV about 43 inch (built-in Chromecast, Android TV) on the wall and blackout roller blind. Living Rooms Here there is wonderful sea view from the sofa bed (bed size 190 x 140 cm) and there is a set table as well as a comfortable armchair with a footstool. Dimmable lighting on the ceiling and a reading light. Blackout louver curtains indoors and vertical awning outdoors facing the pool area. If you want to watch TV from the sofa, you can tilt the TV that is next to the kitchen. Kitchen and dining area The kitchen includes equipments to cook. There is a fridge, freezer, oven, induction stove, microwave and a small hand vacuum cleaner. The floor in the kitchen is of beautiful and rustic island limestone. At the kitchen island there are two stools and a TV of 43 inches (built-in Chromecast, Android TV) opposite the wall. At the dining table there is seating for five people and there is dimmable lighting. On the sideboard is a speaker to which the mobile can be connected, and there is a nice collection of books about Öland. Patio From the patio there is a magical view of the beach and amazing sunset views. There are five seats at the table. Bathrooms The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing machine with dryer function, towel dryer and hair dryer. Hallway The hall has a beautiful floor of Öland limestone. At the entrance there is a sitting bench, hat rack, shoe rack and a dresser. In the inner hall there is a mirror wardrobe with cleaning materials and drawers for sorting glass, deposit bottles, cans and larger packaging that cannot be disposed of as household waste. Guest access Heated pool with outdoor shower is available in the area that you can use as a tenant in the property. Pool is open from June to early September. If you have an electric car, there is a possibility to borrow a charging station within the property (charged separately and agreed in advance). 1 parking space is included, if you come with two cars, you have to solve the parking for the second car yourself. There are several paid parking spaces in the nearby area. Other things to note There is a beach restaurant (open from mid-June to early August) that occasionally has troubadours in the evenings. One bath towel is included per person in the booking. Own bath towels for the pool and beach need to be brought. A small portable charcoal grill (34 cm) is available to borrow, use only allowed in the common barbecue area by the pool. Notify in advance if access to electric car charging is desired (charged separately). Please note that only 1 parking space is included. If you come with two cars, you have to arrange parking for the second car yourself, there are several parking spaces for a fee in the nearby area.
