Enjoy your vacation in its most beautiful form. You live in the living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms on about 100 m². On the first floor of the vacation home are the living room, a cozy dining set, a sofa and the integrated kitchenette. The shower room and the entrance area are also located here. The living room is modern and very tastefully decorated. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. Access to the spacious south terrace, which is of course furnished, is directly from the living room. In the high-quality kitchenette you will find a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with ceramic hob and oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine and much more. In the bedrooms on the top floor there is a double bed (180 x 200 cm) or 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a TV and wardrobes with enough space for your vacation wardrobe. Furthermore, the attic has a bathroom with bathtub as well as the hallway. In the attic there is another bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). For our little guests there is a high chair, a crib with mattress and a handcart (without guarantee). One pet is allowed in this non-smoking house. An infrared sauna and a washing machine are provided. Wi-Fi (no guarantee) is available free of charge. The holiday resort on Mariannenweg is located in a quiet location in the second row. Right at the entrance of the resort is the parking lot. Access to the resort is ensured by a barrier system. Only the vacationers of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access. This vacation home is assigned 1 parking space. More cars can be parked in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. It is only about 400 m to the beach. Please understand that grilling with gas and charcoal and handling fireworks are not allowed. Booking information: The rental price includes additional costs such as electricity, water and heating costs. Linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without covers). In addition to the total amount, you pay a security deposit to ensure the proper return of the vacation property. Your rental deposit is € 250.00. The security deposit is due together with the final payment and will be returned within 5 working days after departure if there are no complaints/defects.
