The apartment is the largest of our apartments with a picture of old and modern furniture & decoration. Unique as it has its' own private entrance and exit doors with front and rear courtyards. It has one bedroom, the quietest I have stayed in, the open plan lounge has large double sofa bed and single/double day bed, so can sleep 6, 7 with a travel cot if hired. Close proximity to all of Pakefield, Lowestoft, Kessingland & Oulton Board attractions. Great walks on the coast, close to the broads & also driving distance other East Anglian locations such as Norwich. Guest access Access to the apartment is through a front or back door private entrances. There is a parking space on request. Other things to note Generally we do not take 1 night bookings as we have extra cleaning, procedures and adhere to the national guidelines, but we do take them if it is filling a gap or if you also book an early checkin £45 and/or late checkout £45 which is taken via out booking system. Please note we have changed the way we take the damage/security deposit, this is done separately to your Airbnb booking so you will need to provide us separately with a credit or debit card to preauthorise, no monies are taken. The base security/damage deposit it £200 and increases with larger groups and/or with dogs staying and further for longer stays of over two weeks. As per our terms you are not limited to this if the costs of damage or other costs are greater as per our terms. We cancel this preauthorisation after we have successfully re-inspected the apartment as per our terms. We will bring this to your attention before we confirm your booking and you run the risk of the booking being cancelled if you do not provide a preauthorisation before you arrive. Baby travel cot hire is available for £35 per visit. Late check can be requested allowing you to get the best out of your day and stay up to 3.30pm. Early checkin is also available for £45 which can allow you to checkin from 10am, again to get the most out of the day, both depend on availability. We do allow well behaved pets and charge £35 per pet saying, max of 2 pets. Nightly rates vary over the year due to seasons, demand and we reserve the right to adjust these accordingly. Also we are open to quoting for longer stays. Last minute bookings are available and is dependent on us setting up the apartment in time and checking if we can accommodate any special requirements such as late arrival, we also expect bookings via other means so it is always best to double check the dates are available in order to avoid disappointment, we also suggest you book as far in advance as possible again to avoid disappointment. We recommend all guests take out adequate travel insurance which includes covid19 cover and recommend StaySure.
