I love hosting and coziness. This apartment is my hobby ♥️ I really wanted to create a modern cozy space so that it would be nice for you to stay after a long journey and relax. The comfort of guests is in the first place for me, so I paid special attention to a quality orthopedic mattress, for guests who will sleep on a couch there is a topper 🙌🏼 Clean white towels, high-speed internet,washing machine with detergents - everything for your convenience🌸 The space The apartment is in the historic center. Walking distance to the embankment, avenue, parks, a new and the ONLY modern equipped city beach within a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment 🌊🏖 (5 minutes down to the embankment and 5-7 minutes walk along the promenade to the beach) The house is quiet as windows are from the backyard where there is no driveway. Not a new building so you won't be disturbed by the noise of repairs 🏡 The apartment is fully equipped, there is everything for a comfortable stay, wi-fi, TV, blackout curtains so that nothing prevents you from relaxing 😴 It gives me pleasure to study the apartment, so over time the space will change and everything becomes more cozy 🙌🏼 I will be happy to see you ♥️ Guest access You will have a studio in the historic center of Saratov. In the courtyard of the house there is a children's playground and a small sports ground. The apartment is located in 5 minutes from the new part of the embankment of the Volga River, another 5 minutes along the embankment and you will find yourself on the new city beach. The city has a so-called large pedestrian ring, which connects the historical city center with alleys. The apartment is directly inside this ring. Other things to note The apartment has a boiler in case of a hot water supply outage (it happens very rarely, the apartment is on the same line with the children's regional hospital) with a capacity of 30 liters
