This stylish apartment in Formentera del Segura, has an open plan lounge-dining area, fully fitted kitchen with fresh water drinking system, two bedrooms, one en-suite and a bathroom, WiFi, air conditioning, Wi Fi TV, DVD with large library of titles, balcony and communal swimming pool with children's area. Formentera is a lovely Spanish village with a traditional church plaza, a good selection of bars, restaurant, cafes and shops, an outdoor swimming pool, sports area and a small weekly street market. The Rio Segura river runs past the village and here you will find on a little island, the El Molino Natural Park with its watermill, picnic tables, barbecues, bar, large stage were fiestas and events are held all through the year. With a 15/20 minute leisurely walk along the river Segura walkway you come to the town of Rojales, here you find the La Marquesa Golf Course, also the fantastic "Cuevas del Rodeo" white cave houses carved into the hills and mountains and the Parque Aquatico water park, a great day out for everyone. Walking across the river bridge and through the lemon and orange groves you come to the village of Benijofar, an area for great tapas bars, fine dining restaurants, parks and of course its lovely square surrounded by houses and cafes opposite the church. Benimar sits between Rojales and Benijofar and is the area with something for everyone, restaurants and bars galore in a lovely setting. International food for all, Spanish, British, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Italian are just some of the restaurants and you will find some very good entertainment as well. Guardamar del Segura and its wonderful blue flag sandy beaches are a ten to fifteen minute drive away.
