IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THE CLEANING FEE IS COMPOSED OF THE CLEANING AND LAUNDRY PACKAGE (TOWELS AND LINEN FOR ALL GUESTS). The house is located in beautiful Bad Harzburg, the gateway to the Harz. From the house you can reach the city center in 5 minutes by car. Restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-10 minute drive away. We hope you enjoy your stay in Bad Harzburg and look forward to seeing you soon. The space The house has many amenities, a large bathtub, a huge terrace and much more. For bad days, there are board games and a PlayStation 4 in the house. Guest access Access to the house is via the courtyard of the house. At the entrance there is a key box which is labeled. You will receive the respective code before your arrival. Other things to note Maximum occupancy 4 adults 4 children or/plus 2 babies - baby cots are provided by us. Children's dishes are available. Or 8 adults Only dogs are allowed as pets in the property! For the stay, the respective current tourist tax of the city of Bad Harzburg is levied. This is not included in the listing price and has to be paid in advance. Due to a currently very high damage rate, we allow ourselves to request a security deposit of €80 for the accommodation in addition to this, which will not be charged via Airbnb. 14 days after your stay, you will receive the deposit refunded at the latest, should there have been no incidents.
