Charming old style shanty

Visit the lovely Suðuroy and stay in one of the oldest houses in Hvalba. Nature is surrounding you and there are lovely sights and trails on the island. The house is close to the shop, there is a playground, the beach is spectacular. Suits 4 people. All nessesary amenities. Very authentic and top charming. Simple living at its best. The space Bedroom w queen size bed, loft above livingroom w large queen size bed. Terasse outside makes for splendid dinner spot in the evening sun. Be aware of low beams as the house is from a time when people were much smaller. Guest access Terrasse, lawn, close to the football field, close to the beach, play ground for the kids. Other things to note There is currently (summer '25) road work outside the property, so it is a little messy. We have a parking space at the property, but have lost some of the land, and it will take some time before we plant hedges and re-establish the beautiful view.
