Kez's Boutique Hut at Moreland's Copse

A beautifully decorated fun and funky Shepherd Hut, clean, light and airy set in the stunning Hampshire Countryside. Enjoy amazing views of the local landscape just outside your door as well as the garden areas and ancient coppiced woodland. The hut comes with brand new double memory foam mattress, sideboard and bespoke peacock table and games. You also have shared access to our brand new purpose built outdoor kitchen and seating area in the woodland. Hut is located by a wildlife pond The space This Shepherd Hut was the favourite of charity founder Kerie Coutts and was designed and decorated to her exact specifications. It is built to be luxurious and boasts fully insulated walls and ceiling as well as timber cladding all around. This spacious hut comfortably fits table and chairs within for those wintery days and has fully opening windows and stable style door for those summery days! Make use of our recently built shared boutique outdoor kitchen and seating area located within the woods. Beautiful leather chesterfield sofa, butchers block and beautiful hand carved antique sideboard/welsh dresser. Genuine saddle cocktail swinging chairs, with small bar overlooking the ancient woodland and local wildlife. The kitchen was purpose build to fit in around the woods to preserve existing trees, which can be seen in situ with the tree growing up through the floor! Kez’s Hut comes complete with waterproof mattress covers, battery operated lighting, smoke and carbon monoxide alarm and hot water bottles. There is a fire pit located out the front of the hut as well as a picnic table and solar lighting. Please note that bedding IS NOT included as standard, if you wish us to provide this at the additional cost of £15 then please tell us at the time of booking. Please note that fuel IS NOT included as standard, if you wish us to provide you with gas or coal at the additional cost of £5 per item then please tell us at the time of booking. Guest access How to find us: the SAT NAV will take you to Moreland’s Copse farm. Please take the next right which is a small stony track next to a wooden building. There is a sign displayed here. Follow the track up the hill (closing the gate behind you, if the padlock is on the code is 5007 please lock it after you) right to the top of the hill. Do not stop on the track! The buildings here DO NOT belong to Morelands Camping and are PRIVATE PROPERTY. We are located at the very top of the hill on the right-hand side. Parking can be found on the left-hand side. Please do not drive into the woods. Once parked, grass pitches can be found on the right and woodland pitches are down the track beyond the parking area. If you are camping in the woods, you must park your car and walk with your belongings. There is a wheelbarrow by the woods for your convenience, you cannot park your car or any vehicle on the pathways. Check in is from 2pm on day of arrival and checkout is before 12pm on the day of departure. If you need to check in or out at other times, please specify this at the time of booking. There are numerous footpaths and bridleways adjacent to the site as well as a short woodland walk on site. We also have several picnic areas, including our wildlife garden and willow archways. During your stay Sometimes we are at the the campsite doing work and general maintenance, if we are there , there might be some dogs with us. They are very friendly and mostly no problem but please let us know if you would rather they weren't around. If you have any problems please message us and I would be happy to help you. Please note that we are a campsite and some areas are shared, we endeavour to ensure the utmost cleanliness, as well as providing ample space. Please note that huts do not come with bedding as standard, this can be provided at the additional cost of £15 per night Other things to note Bedding is not included as standard, if you want bedding we can include this at the additional cost of £15. We are unable to provide cutlery or cups in the shared outdoor kitchen due to covid so please bring these with you. The chickens that have been mentioned in previous reviews have now been relocated due to noise issues. Currently we do not have showers on site, only toilets and water facilities.
