Otherwise, there is a relaxed atmosphere in the house. There are several self-contained living areas! Trams 10 & 11 are only a 3-minute walk away. Stop MÖCKERNSCHER MARKT. To the city center / central station (14 min by tram), Red Bull Arena only 3 km & Neue Messe 7 km away! Parking is free. The space You use your own access via the staircase and a *hallway-kitchen area shared with another apartment*. To your lockable apartment with a double bed & 2 reclining chairs, each with a footstool (to put your feet up) & a private bathroom! Underfloor heating is available in the room & bathroom. Also electric blinds in front of the windows. If you close them during the day in summer, the apartment will remain pleasantly cool. !!!If you book for 3 people you have an extra room available and only then!!! This is to be noted. It should also be noted that the extra room is on the same floor and is accessible from the kitchen. There is no direct access between the two rooms! The hallway area and the kitchen area merge and are shared with the apartment next door. Use of the kitchen is possible on request. When using the kitchen, it must be cleaned immediately after use, the dishes washed and put away. Likewise on departure. The dishes are not to be stored in the apartment so that they are always usable for everyone. Please note: XXX The kitchen can still be used from December 1, 2020 upon prior REQUEST. However, the kitchen is also used by guests from India. XXX The kitchen with Senseo pad machine, ceramic hob, sink and refrigerator can only be used on prior request. Other guests also use it and it is therefore a shared kitchen. After use, the clean initial state must be restored and the plastic (yellow bin) / paper waste (blue bin) disposed of separately. I will dispose of the residual waste. If you want to dispose of it yourself, please ask me where the trash can is. Guest access Guest access directly via the staircase. ***The shared use of the fully equipped kitchen is now only possible for a fee of €5 per day***. This must be paid locally. If the kitchen is used without request and payment, €50 will be due for its complete cleaning. *** The use of the fully equipped kitchen is only possible on request as described..... This is an option for my guests, as I find it charming myself when I can prepare something in a private accommodation. The kitchen is located in front of the entrance area of the lockable apartment and can also be used by guests from the apartment next door. Therefore, please leave the kitchen area clean and tidy (immediately) after use. The shared kitchen use is to be observed and with booking it is confirmed to have read and accepted this. Thank you A hairdryer is available for use in your own private bathroom. A small towel for drying hands is available in the bathroom. !!! IMPORTANT !!! SHOWER TOWELS are not generally distributed, only on request for a small service fee of €2 per shower towel. If you need the iron, then please contact me. I am happy to provide it including an ironing board. On request, we also have other possibly forgotten hygienic items such as toothbrush / toothpaste for a fee on site, if these are needed.
