Private camp on pristine Cathance Lake with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. There is a nice stairwell towards the shore and fire pit near the water. One bedroom on 1st floor and two bedroom on 2nd floor and also a loft facing the lake. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs. It also has a fold out couch in the living room. Available July 6 to Sept 30. It has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, stand up shower, vanity. My camp is adjacent to this one and i would be your closest neighbor at about 250' away with woods in between. The other neighbor is over 300' away on the other side and is completely out of sight.
