The apartment "Granary" is an apartment that leaves nothing to be desired, whether vacation guest or technician, here you feel comfortable. In addition to its 104 square meters, the modern and spacious 4-room apartment on the ground floor captivates with its upscale equipment and brightness. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a room with a sofa bed, a spacious bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The modern kitchen has nothing to be desired. The living-dining room has a large dining table and a cozy living area. A terrace where you can sit covered is also available. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the apartment are triple noise protection and heat protection. A ventilation device with a pollen filter ensures controlled ventilation of the apartment. Exterior shutters are available in every space. The apartment has underfloor heating. In addition, the apartment includes a washing machine and a dryer that are in a separate laundry room. Free parking available in front of the house. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and the house has an elevator. On foot you can reach the train station in a few minutes, by metronome or regional train you can easily be in Göttingen in 8 minutes. But also shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Prices on request! Up to 8 people can stay. For the final cleaning I charge €50- Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment!
