It is a spacious apartment with a balcony and access to the roof terrace. It has two double bedrooms, one with access to the balcony, two bathrooms, a living room with access to the balcony, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and combi fridge. The dining room has access to an external staircase that leads up to the roof terrace. This terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and a parasol and offers fantastic views of the entire cove. The property is furnished and equipped with satellite Tv, central heating and internet. A cot and high chair are provided on request. Bed linen and towels are of course available. Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, large supermarkets and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away. If no movement is detected for 15 minutes, the temperature adjusts automatically. After another 15 minutes without movement, the unit turns off. Once movement is detected again, it resumes normal operation. Bedrooms: Operates in energy-saving mode during the day, while running without restrictions at night (from 21:00 to 08:00).
