Description

The house of 128 sqm is in good condition, bright and yet cozy. Large sofas, plenty of toys and close to playgrounds and outdoor activities. Hot tub on the patio. The space Kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room and bedroom are in good condition. Consistent bright colors and wooden floors. In the hall with tiled floors, there are good hanging options for clothes and shoes. The kitchen is small, but the dining table is large with 6 sturdy chairs and 2 high chairs, more chairs (foldable in plastic) are in the storage room under the stairs. The house has Wi-Fi in all the rooms and a TV with an associated computer in the living room for those who like SVT play, a Nintendo Switch and an older model Wii (the controllers are in the red footstool in the room with the family bed). There are 5 bedrooms in the house, two of them with a single bed each, both of which require some agility to get up to (in the pictures they are called bedrooms 1 and 3). One of the bedrooms has a double bed where there is room for a travel cot (bedroom 2). The last two bedrooms have bunk beds. One of them has a low bunk bed, where the lower bed is pulled out (bedroom 5) and one of them has a family bed (bedroom 4), i.e. one where it is possible to sleep two at the bottom and one at the top. If you need a travel bed for a baby, let us know and we'll arrange it. We take care of the house and the furnishings, so treat them as if they were your own. Do not enter with shoes (and certainly not with studs), if the wooden floor gets wet, dry it. If you have small children who may have accidents at night, check that there is a pee protection in the bed where they sleep, if there is not, you can find it in the closet in the bedroom with climbing steps up to the bed. There are also more sheets and towels if needed. It is not OK to smoke indoors or to bring pets. Wardrobe space There are 6 of us who live in the house on a daily basis, we will certainly not be home when you visit us, but many of our gadgets and clothes will be home. This means that unfortunately there is relatively little space for you to unpack clothes. Laundry room Washing machine, coarse washing and good hanging facilities are available. However, no dryer. The laundry room has a moisture-controlled fan and it is usually possible to dry 2-3 loads of laundry per day by hanging them up. There is also a collapsible drying rack. Space in kitchen, fridge, freezer, pantry Here too, space is limited, the kitchen is small and we have a lot of food that takes up space. You can use spices freely and you can also borrow reasonable amounts of other dry goods, but the basic idea is that you buy what you intend to eat. In the freezer, you will have access to at least 1 shelf, in the fridge to 3 shelves. Use cutting boards and pot mats on the countertop. Coffee, tea We have neither kettle nor coffee maker, the stove is induction and there you can quickly boil water. We brew coffee with a French press - they are in the top cabinet next to the refrigerator. There are two sizes, the small one is for two cups, the large one is for 6 cups. Fill in the corresponding scoops of coffee and fill with water to the lower edge of the upper silver line on the press brewer, leave for 2 minutes, shake - preferably so that it becomes a vortex, leave for 1 more minute, press down the lid - done! Allergies We have no pets and the house is smoke-free, however, there are down pillows/duvets and nuts in the house. Microwave The microwave is quite tricky to understand, the easiest way is to press "Start" any number of times to run 30s at maximum power. If you want to experiment and fail, press "Stop/Cancel" and it will return to the starting position. Flowers Feel free to water the flowers if needed. Toys and children's items High chair, potty and travel bed for baby are available - but in a storage room, so don't forget to let us know if you want access to these. There are some toys, books and games (the cabinets in the living room are basically full of board games and puzzles for children and adults of all ages), dolls, teddy bears, pencils easily accessible, but much more (such as duplo, toolbox, small Lego) we will remove if you do not specifically request it (so that you will have more space if you do not have children). If you want good access to toys, let us know. Hot tub The hot tub is electrically heated and is about 39 degrees Celsius year-round. It requires a little maintenance if you are going to swim, especially the addition of chlorine, but also the pH may need to be regulated. The chemicals are in the storage room under the stairs. We have a measuring instrument (which must be in the water, it breaks if it dries) in the hot tub that helps to tell what and how much needs to be added to keep the water fresh. Please shower before bathing, outdoor shower is available during the summer half-year. Guest access Carport is available if you come by car. Engine heater outlet and electric car charging. The front door has a code lock, you will receive a code in advance that works during your stay.
