House 2/3 people + pool, air conditioning/free parking/Toulouse

Thalie cottage is ideally located 14 km from TOULOUSE-CENTER - Very quiet, modern, air-conditioned - beautiful environment (garden + pool), - Free parking - Free WiFi - village with all amenities, (supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, greengrocers, restaurants) - On the edge of the Frontonnais vineyard, - BRUGUIERES/TOULOUSE CENTER in 45 minutes by bus+metro), 20 minutes by car - fully fenced property, lined with hedges, therefore protected from outside view. The space Thalie Cottage is an outbuilding of our dwelling house, 25 m2, modern, air-conditioned and heated, with all comforts. The rental is offered for 2/3 people . (I accept a child over 12 years old with an extra cost per night of 25 euros. Access to the mezzanine is a miller's ladder and not suitable for younger children. This guesthouse-studio consists of: - 1 night corner with a 140 bed, new memory mattress, wardrobe and shelves, TV. - 1 return area with a sofa (not convertible) 2 seats. - 1 kitchenette with table, chairs, refrigerator-top (conservative part), electric stove, kettle, NESPRESSO + family coffee maker, microwave-grill, extractor hood, complete cookware. - Iron and Ironing board - The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, large mirror and vanity unit - Hairdryer provided - Separate WC - Large covered and uncovered terraces with garden table and chairs as well as deckchairs. Electric barbecue and plancha reserved for Hosts. We share our pool (in season, open 9 a.m.–10 p.m.) and garden with our guests. Pool and garden games (badminton, darts, balls, giant mikado, rings, etc.) Free WiFi connection (fiber). Bed linen, towels and linens are provided. All you need to do is bring your pool towels!! Access to the property is via an electric gate (1 remote control is entrusted to you), and free parking is inside the property. IMPORTANT: - Contributing to the cleaning and laundry costs does not exclude making the bathroom and toilet clean upon departure. - Access to the property is only possible for the 2 or 3 residents identified at the time of booking. For any special case, please mention it when requesting a booking, (but in no case do I accept private parties or birthdays, or baby showers and other engagements during the day). the property is fully surrounded by plant hedges, so there is no opposite on the outside. We live on the property. - Classified as "furnished tourist accommodation", I must have copies of my guests' IDs. Please provide a copy of these upon arrival.
