Thalie Cottage is ideally located 14 km from TOULOUSE CITY CENTER and is classified as a "2-Star Furnished Tourist Accommodation." - Very quiet, modern, air-conditioned - Beautiful setting (garden + pool) - Free parking -Free WiFi - village with all amenities, (supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, greengrocers, restaurants) - On the edge of the Frontonnais vineyard, - BRUGUIERES/CENTRE TOULOUSE in 3/4 h by bus+metro), 20 min by car - Fenced property, bordered by hedges, screened from outside view. The space Thalie Cottage is an annex to our residential house, 25 m², modern, air-conditioned and heated, with every comfort. The rental is offered for 2 people. One child over 12 years old is accepted. This studio guest house consists of: - 1 sleeping area with a 140 cm bed (new bedding in August 2026, SIMMONS brand), clothes-hanging cupboard and shelves, TV. - 1 lounge area with a 2-seater sofa (not a sofa bed). - 1 kitchenette with table, chairs, countertop fridge (freezer section), electric stove, kettle, NESPRESSO coffee machine + family coffee maker, combined fan-assisted oven/microwave, extractor hood, complete cookware set. - Iron/Ironing Board - The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a large mirror and a vanity unit. - Hairdryer provided - Separate WC - Large covered terrace with table and chairs, open terrace with 2 armchairs and a coffee table, as well as loungers. Electric barbecue and plancha reserved for guests. We share our pool (in season, from May until late September depending on the amount of sunshine, open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and our garden with our guests. Pool and garden games (badminton, darts, balls, giant mikado, rings, etc.) Free WiFi (fiber). Bed linens, towels, and linens are provided. All you have to do is bring your pool towels!! Access to the property is via an electric gate (1 remote control is provided to you), and free parking is inside the property. IMPORTANT: - I do not charge a cleaning fee, so the rental must be left perfectly clean. - Access to the property is only possible for the 2 guests named during booking. For any special circumstances, please mention them when requesting a booking (but under no circumstances do I accept private parties or birthdays, nor baby showers and other engagements during the day). The property is completely surrounded by hedges, so it is not overlooked from the outside. We live on the property. - Classified as "furnished tourist accommodation", I must have copies of my guests' identity documents. Please provide a copy of these upon arrival.
