Use of co-work space The Heidi Braun Cottage is a historic building and takes its name from the last resident who lived here for over 40 years before the landmark renovation (awarded the Eifel Baukultur Prize). Today our cozy cottage is the ideal starting point for your holidays in the countryside. Located in the middle of the medieval town center opposite the castle and the beer garden, pure coziness awaits you with antiques and a modern kitchen and bathroom. The space - Ground floor: The open floor plan combines the entrance area, kitchen and living and dining areas. The rabbit oven guarantees cozy evenings. The TV is equipped with an Amazon TV stick. The washing machine and dryer are under the stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. - 1st floor: The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and an XL shower. The toilet is located in a separate room. - 2nd floor: Here are the two small bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, cozy and under the roof slopes. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the house alone and exclusively. Other things to note Our cottage is located in the middle of the quiet town center, completely without through traffic, directly opposite the castle. The place is very quiet, but a lively village and not a museum. Because of the monument protection, our cottage has no shutters and the bedrooms can only be darkened with opaque curtains and blinds.
