Integrated within the main house, in a stunning rural setting, the private apartment is fully separated and has its own entrance. Boasting a comfy Kingsize bed, luxurious pillows/duvet, en-suite bathroom with toilet, double-ended bath and shower, 50" Smart TV, office corner, dressing table, lounge chair, high-speed WiFi, Nespresso coffee machine and hotel amenities. Set in the heart of the beautiful Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, "The Paddock Apartment" is a bright accommodation located in a peaceful setting away from roads and noise. Renovated in spring 2023 it is a bright and modern, cosy haven away from busy life, but with great links to London, the airports and the coast and boasts all modern amenities. Set amongst many acres of paddocks and open fields you can truly embrace the beauty and tranquillity of the Surrey Hills. Hundreds of miles of footpaths and walks right from the door, a 16th-century country pub (1 mile), idyllic cycling routes, llama trekking, two golf courses and much more are all nearby. Access to London and the South Coast is made easy with Milford Station 1 mile away and Godalming station 2 miles away (London Waterloo in just 45-50 mins) and being just a short drive from the A3 and M25. Being quite remote, access is a little trickier without a car, but if we are here we’ll happily collect you from the station. The Paddock Apartment is a private flat contained within, but fully separated from, the main residential house. It also has its own private entrance. Featuring a comfy pocket-sprung Kingsize bed with luxurious pillows and duvet, en-suite bathroom with toilet, double-ended bath and shower over the bath, Nespresso coffee machine, tea-making facilities, 50” QLED Smart TV, ultra-fast fibre-optic WiFi, an office workspace/desk and dressing table, there is everything you’ll need for a comfortable and cosy stay. There is ample parking for several cars. The en-suite bathroom boasts a large relaxing bath, power shower, toilet and wash basin. With the intention of reducing our ecological footprint we also provide premium “Anyah” body and hair wash in the shower which is both environmentally sustainable and Vegan. This listing includes use of your own, private use, fully equipped kitchen. appliances include a Neff oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fridge with freezer box and all cooking and eating utensils you'd expect. A table provides seating for up to 4 people. Please note that the owners very occasionally require access to the kitchen to get facilities for yourselves (extra tea bags, coffee pods, cleaning materials etc) and to collect post, but will always make contact with you before entering. Otherwise the kitchen is totally private for your use. We are ideally situated just minutes away from Clock Barn Hall and Busbridge Lakes wedding venues. Please note, we are happy for a child accompanied by an adult to stay here, but the apartment only has one kingsize bed. There is some spare space to add extra sleeping facilities for an additional child if needed and a travel cot can be accommodated in the room, but you'd need to bring your own. If you wish to use the kitchen room for a child, please note, although there are blackout blinds on the windows, this room does get lighter earlier. If you are looking for a cheaper, room-only option we also have a separate listing for The Paddock Annex - bedroom and en-suite situated in a separate outbuilding, without access to a kitchen.
