Family bathroom & en suite wash room. Outside private sitting area with barbecue. The space Laurel Cottage has three comfortable, fully carpeted bedrooms with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 is an extra large room with two double beds and has extra space for another single and/or cot. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with a thermostatically controlled walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. Bedroom 3 also has an en suite wash room with a toilet and wash basin. Downstairs is an open plan living area that has a comfortable sitting area with two sofas, coffee table and satellite television (with English & French freeview channels). The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen area which has a gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric toaster and a filter coffee maker. Outside is a sitting area with patio table, chairs and a barbecue. All beds will be made up ready for your arrival and we provide a bath towel for each guest. There is a fully equipped kitchen that has a gas oven and stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric toaster and a filter coffee machine. The exterior is a sitting area with patio table, chairs and a barbecue. All beds will be made upon your arrival and we provide a bath towel for each guest. Towels are for indoor use only, so you'll need to bring your own pool / beach towels. Guest access Our Guests are welcome to use all of the facilities including the rear garden but please note that the swimming pool is open from the middle of May until the end of September. We well hosted pets at a small additional charge of 10 Euros per night, payable upon arrival. There are oil fired central heating radiators on the ground floor and in the two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor of this cottage, on the second floor bedroom and on the ground floor there are liquid fuel heaters. The fuel for these can be purchased in our local supermarket or from the owners. There is also a log burner on the ground floor, logs can be purchased for 10 Euros per basketball. Between September and May, any heating used is an extra charge. There are oil heating heaters in both bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor of this gite, in the second floor bedroom and on the ground floor there are liquid fuel heaters. Fuel for these can be purchased in our local supermarket or from the owners. There is also a wood engraver on the ground floor, newspapers can be bought for 10 euros per basket.
