We are in Winchester, TN, and are located within a SHORT 5 MINUTE WALKING DISTANCE to Tims Ford Lake and Devil Step Boat Launch. Sunday Mornings Rentals is a completely equipped cabin that ensures a relaxing getaway. Perfect for all of your boating, fishing, and hiking recreations. The charming town square is approximately 5 miles from the rental - offering unique shops, a quaint theatre, and restaurants that are sure to provide enjoyment for everyone. PETS NOT ALLOWED. The space Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin (1 full sized bed in the downstairs bedroom and the loft bedroom has 1 queen sized bed. Includes: internet, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, popcorn maker, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, dual coffee maker for carafe or k-cups, dining table seats 4, bar area seats 2, sofa, recliner, 2 flat screen TV's, board games, bed linens, iron and board, hair dryer, bath towels (please bring your own beach towels). NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS. Note we don't have water views directly from the cabin, but it's just a quick 0.3 mile hop to Tims Ford Lake. We are located at the end of what many call an "RV park." The area is very safe and the proximity to the beautiful lake is what makes our location "five stars":) The guests/residents are very kind and won't bother you at all, just know it's not your typical neighborhood. You'll have an amazing stay, especially with the amazing proximity to Tims Ford Lake and Boat Launch right down the street :) Guest access You will have full access to the cabin, except the rear garage. Other things to note STEPS: 2 steps up to the front porch and about 10 steps up to the loft bedroom.
