The approx. 106 m² holiday or business/fitter's apartment is only 3km from the A3 and is still in the middle of the Westerwald. The focal point is the spacious living and dining area. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, an oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The 3 bedrooms are divided as follows: 1 large bedroom with double bed and single bed, alternatively 3 single beds. 1 bedroom with double bed, alternatively with 2 single beds. And 1 single room. Depending on the number of beds in the room, all bedrooms have individual (possibly lockable) wardrobes. The bathroom with shower and toilet is modern and tiled in warm tones. Our prices are calculated according to the number of guests. The minimum occupancy is 2 people for 3 nights. Guest access A washing machine is available in the basement in the lockable basement compartment (marked with the "RS24" logo). In addition, there are 2 garden benches and a garden table for use in the garden area behind the house. Basalt, mining, herb gardens, monasteries, princely families and Kanne bakers have shaped the Westerwald, which is well worth seeing.
