The space It is a hip studio of 40sqm, on the 4th floor of a very centrally located 1950’ s building which has been fully renovated in 2016. It is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends. It has 1 bedroom which connects with the living room as a united area. It comes with a king bed (1,60x2,00)m, bedside boxes and an open closet. The living room comes with a sofa that turns into a double bed (1,40x2,00)m, therefore 4 persons can be easily accommodated. Mattresses are mild soft, ideal for a relaxing sleep after a long day in the city. On winter the bed is covered with a duvet while the sofa bed is covered with a warm blanket. It has one bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a safe box. There is a 24 intches TV in the living room. The living room has access to a big balcony. The apartment has got high speed Wi fi ideal for those who make business trips. This studio is fully air conditioned. There is central heating system in the apartment which is turned on for some hours throughout the day so that the apartment is kept warm during winter.
