Villa with private beach

Welcome to a beautiful villa in the Stockholm archipelago! The house include a private beach/dock and was build 2016. It has 4 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms + a guesthouse (when booking more then 8 people). It can accommodate 10 people. From the terrace you will enjoy a magnificent view. Close to the house there are ferries that can take you to explore other parts of the archipelago like Sandhamn. Stavsnäs is close to some of Stockholm's best golf courses and only 40 min from Stockholm City. Guest access Guests have access to the complete house with terace and a private beach with dock. In the house there are four big bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge areas and a kitchen. There is also a washingroom for guests to use. Outside the house there is a large parking space. There is also a guest house available when booking for more then 8 guests. Other things to note For weekend bookings we charge a minimum amount. The amount varies on high to low season. Feel free to ask regarding weekend visits! During the summer high season we only rent out full weeks (minimum 7 nights), preferable sunday to sunday.
